  $65,000 - $72,000 a year | Hybrid with some travel required
  Preference for candidates based in Capitol Region, Central NY, or Western NY / Finger Lakes Region

  We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Statewide Policy & Advocacy Manager. This role will guide our policy agenda, strengthen relationships with elected officials, and elevate the voices of LGBTQ+ communities across New York State. The ideal candidate brings experience in advocacy, coalition-building, and a commitment to advancing equity and justice.

• Part Time - Community Advocacy Coordinator

  $45,000 a year | Paid hourly, up to 30 hours per week
  Hybrid with some travel
  Preference for candidates based in NYC Metro-area, including Long Island

  A new role for the organization, we’re looking for a dedicated Community Advocacy Coordinator to support programs, outreach, and community engagement across New York State. This role will help amplify LGBTQ+ voices, provide in-person support at our Empowerment Center, and represent the organization at events.
