Request for Proposals (RFP) for Rapid Response: Field Organizer & Civic Engagement 

The NEW Pride Agenda (NPA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with an experienced, focused, and flexible board and staff committed to addressing the LGBTQ+ community’s unmet public policy needs and a focus on civic engagement, public policy education, and advocacy.

We are seeking a community-connected Rapid Response & Civic Engagement Field Organizer to strengthen nonpartisan grassroots engagement across New York City. This role will mobilize LGBTQ+ communities around election defense, voter education, civic participation, and rapid response to threats affecting community safety, rights, and democratic participation.

The ideal person has deep roots in NYC’s LGBTQ+ ecosystem, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can build immediate trust with diverse local communities. All activities must comply with applicable 501(c)(3) requirements.
