Hosted in collaboration with community partners, this two-day event brings together clinical providers, mental health practitioners, supportive service organizations, community leaders, and statewide stakeholders committed to advancing equitable, affirming, and culturally responsive care.

About TWEF
Named after Lorena Borjas, a beloved Queens-based trans and Latina activist known for her selfless advocacy, the Transgender Wellness and Equity Fund (TWEF) was conceived out of a recognition that TGNCNBI individuals face the most severe forms of mistreatment yet are profoundly underserved.
